SHIPPING POLICY
Event Tickets Tickets for our events are digital and are sent immediately via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. No physical shipping is required for tickets.
Physical Products (Jams and Farm Products)
Shipping Areas We currently ship only within Italy.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Italy: 3-5 business days after shipping
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Handmade Products Our products are handmade and prepared with care. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We will promptly inform you of any delays.
